Our Team

Kerry Stacey Nursery Manager

Umbrella Management Team

I have been working in early years for nearly 10 years. I started my journey in childcare as an unqualified practitioner and through on the job training I completed my level 3 in Children’s care, learning & development in February 2011. Shortly after gaining my level 3 I was promoted to supervisor of the 2 year old room and in the August of the same year I was then promoted to Deputy manager where in 2013 I was part of an OUTSTANDING management team deemed by Ofsted. I left the setting in 2016 and I have currently been working for the past 2 years within a private day nursery in Canterbury as an Assistant Manager where I have gained even more experience in early years where I can put into practice all what I have learned within Umbrellas. I am trained in SEND & AEL needs and have had training in communication & language programmes such as Ecat and Elizabeth’s Jarman’s communication friendly spaces
